DEFINE Classes This Week 7/26-8/1

Even though dancing is out, that doesn't mean that exercising, sweating, and working my body til it hurts so good is. Thank goodness I've still got DEFINE. And if you haven't checked out this Houston wonder, then sister (or brother) I suggest you best get on it. Below are the classes I'll be teaching this week, but all of the classes are great and I highly encourage everyone to try them.

DEFINEbody Monday (7/26) and Tuesday (7/27) @ 1:30
A perfectly balanced 60-minute class of strength, flexibility, and fun. This results oriented class combines Pilates, yoga, ballet, and core strengthening to target all the major muscle groups in the body. We use small hand weights, a ballet barre, a mat, and a ball to help you burn fat and lose inches. Breathe easy, our supportive instructors make class fun while focusing on proper alignment and form to help each of our clients, no matter what level of fitness they are at, look and feel their best.**Author's Note: An unbelievable workout that sold me within the first 10 minutes. When all was said and done, I knew I'd found my key to staying fit for life.

DEFINEmind Friday (7/30) @10:45

A soothing 60-minute class focused on gaining flexibility, refreshing the body, and calming the mind. Set to relaxing music, this class will help melt away stress and relieve the tightness in the hamstrings, hips, shoulders, and more. This class is a perfect compliment with DefineBody or any other sport or activity such as running, golf, tennis, or cycling. You will leave feeling revitalized both physically and mentally. **Second author's note: Another essential class for me in keeping my body balanced, loose, and relaxed. This class feels like a massage and a chiropractic session wrapped up in one fantastic melt-your-muscles-like-butter-and-let-your-mind-breath-a-sigh-of-release hour.

Trust me people, both of these class completely deliver. You won't be disappointed. So do yourself a favor and check 'em out ;)
