About Me

Ashli: Houston, Texas; I moved to Houston from Baton Rouge in January of 2009 to pursue a career as a bellydancer and group fitness instructor. My goal is to help people experience the freedom that comes through health (physical, mental, emotional) and I've chosen dance and movement as the main tools to share that message. I'm fascinated by how the body moves and by how the mind interacts with it.
